Don’t worry, we’ve got you! We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class so we can help you sign in, give you a tour of the studio, and get you set up for the class.
Parking is available on Evia Main next to Sugar Bean or in the lot south of the studio.
Whatever makes you comfortable and allows you to move freely. For our classes, you’ll want closed toed gym shoes or bare feet for the Stretching & Foam Rolling class.
Then you’ve come to the right place! Our classes are scaled to offer a great workout regardless of your current fitness level. Beginners are welcome in any class.
